- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business daysafter we receive and inspect the item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
